Clear and amber neutral Type I / Type 1 tubular glass Injection Vials
FOUR STAR glass screw neck, injection, and snap cap vials are produced out of tubular glass at our plant in China. The injection and screw neck vials are manufactured according to ISO9001 and ISO14001. It is also possible to produce vials according to customer-specific demands and to non-ISO standards.

Volume: 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, 7ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 25ml, 30ml, 50ml

Usage: Freeze-dry, power, injection, liquid medicine

Material: Borosilicate glass 7.0/5.0/3.3

FOUR STAR vials are produced out of clear or amber borosilicate glass of the first hydrolytic class. In our automated process the vials are annealed at 600 °c. The packaging in our polypropylene trays is done automatically at the end of the production line.
Empty Injection Vials are sterile and nonpyrogenic. Used for mixing different medications and drugs for injection. The vials contain a plastic protective cap which can be removed prior to using the vials. The sealed top provides easy needle insertion, while keeping the injected liquids safely contained for mixing.
